What Are Lease Purchases/Rent-To-Own Agreements
- These are similar to Lease Options except that you agree to buy the property at some time in the future, instead of just having the option to do so.
- Down payments are not refundable, but they are applied towards your purchase. The more you put down, the lower your monthly payment will be.
- Your monthly payment will be only the cost of the home less your down payment x 0.01.
